About the role: The Integration Manager is responsible for leading the overall changes needed across U.S. Bank‘s operating model to support our migration to cloud in key areas such as product, DevSecOps, IT Operations, Funding/FinOps, Risk, and Security. The incumbent will be responsible for influencing senior level leadership across the bank's infrastructure to drive a collaborative and successful team that enables an efficient and effective integration while maintaining the bank's security and risk standards. This position will work with leaders and teams across the organization to proactively identify, track, and solve for dependencies and risks and to address issues reactively as they become known. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience 12+ year of relevant technical experience and/or working on large-scale transformations Preferred Qualifications: Proven leader with an optimal mix of technical and leadership acumen. Has the ability to influence, guide, counsel senior leadership on strategy & target stat Hands on experience leading large transformation efforts with a focus on process reengineering. Understanding of DevOps pipelines with Test driven development, application hygiene and resiliency baked into them is needed Embraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the bank's technology transformation Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
